The 48th edition of the IFRA guidelines are now up on their website, and will be applicable to any new projects briefed after the 10th of September. I am not sure how strictly IFRA intend to police this particular date. Colours are popular with consumers, but seem to get legislators a bit worked up. It is almost as if the different governments have got together to make the naming systems and regulations as impenetrable as possible. I came across a good example of that today.
